I've never seen anything like this moment in my 15+ years in practice.
GLP-1s have become the #1 topic of clinical conversation. And the questions being asked of us as weight-inclusive eating disorder providers are among the most nuanced and complicated I have ever encountered
We've had excellent training on what GLP-1s are and how they work. But what I've been sensing - in conversations with my supervisees, my colleagues, and honestly within myself - is that something has been missing.
We need a supported community space to unpack and untangle what is getting activated for us in these highly complicated clinical situations.
Weight-inclusive care, client autonomy, recovery-oriented treatment, medical recommendations, and self-trust can feel increasingly difficult to hold together. As inclusive providers, we've always felt like we were swimming upstream.

This workshop series on GLP-1s is not what you might expect.
There are excellent trainings available on GLP-1 medications and what they are ... that is not what these workshops are for:

X Not a literature review of the research
X Not a debate about whether GLP-1 medications are "good" or "bad"
X Not a workshop that will tell you what position to take
This is a space to focus on YOU - the clinician sitting across from your client.
We'll explore what this moment is stirring up in your practice, your values, and your professional identity.

A word from Marci.
I created this series because I kept hearing the profound impact GLP-1s were having on the clinical work of my colleagues and supervisees.
GLP-1 medications have become the number one topic showing up in my supervision and consultation work with eating disorder clinicians, and the questions being raised are unlike anything I've seen in my career.
And I kept feeling a gap. Not a gap in knowledge but a gap in support. We need a space to process how hard this work has become, to explore the tensions emerging in clinical practice, and to be in community with colleagues navigating similar questions.
These two workshops are designed to be highly interactive, clinically practical, and most importantly, a place to receive support. I truly believe this is a moment in the eating disorders space that we can meet. But we need the support to do it.

Navigating the GLP-1 Era Workshops FAQs
Will I get a recording if I can't attend live?
Yes - both workshops include access to the recording, so you won't miss the content even if your schedule changes. Note that the live bonus draw for a free supervision session is only available to those attending Part 1 live.
Do I need to take Part 1 to register for Part 2?
Yes. Part 2 builds directly on the foundation from Part 1 and is only available to people who have registered for Part 1. You can bundle the two workshops together now and save $25 on both or register for part 2 later on for $97.
Will I receive CPEUs for these workshops?
Part 2 will award 1.5 CPEUs. Part 1 does not offer CPEUs, as it's designed as a consultation-style reflection space rather than a formal training.
What does "highly interactive" actually mean - is this a lecture or a discussion?
Part 1 is a consultation-style workshop, not a one-way lecture. Expect facilitated discussion, reflection, and space to connect with colleagues navigating similar questions - not a slide deck recitation.
Part 2 will involve more structure, training and a time for Q & A as well.
Can I join the Clinical Resource Library now to get the workshop discount?
Membership is limited to those who have purchased one of the 3 core training courses. Library Member pricing is available to active members at the time of registration. Annual Library membership is a 12-month, non-refundable commitment - that includes access to TWO live training sessions each year like this one.
