Gain more clarity, confidence and compassion with real tools, real language and real support from two trusted leaders.
This is body image work that makes a difference.

If body image conversations feel hard, you’re not alone.
Body image distress is often front and center in our work with clients.
Whether they say it out loud or not, many are suffering and want our help.
And yet, body image work can feel overwhelming. You might worry:
- What if I say the wrong thing?
- What if they share something I don’t know how to respond to?
- What if I’m not trained enough to handle this?
We get it.
Most of us never received formal training in this area. And let’s be honest, we all have our own complicated relationships with our bodies, too.
That’s why we created Body Image in Focus, a 3-part workshop series designed to take your skills to the next level from the Body Image Training 2.0 or support important steps in this work.
Our hope is that Dietitians and Clinicians will leave this series feeling more confident in supporting their clients through body image distress using tools that are practical, trauma-informed, and deeply compassionate.
Register for this training and walk away with:
- Language you can use to start and stay in body image conversations
- Tools to help your clients recognize and shift body checking and avoidance patterns
- A trauma-informed process for developing and applying a Body Image Timeline
- Confidence to work with the “messy middle” of body image healing
Plus, you get lifetime access to the material and 4 CPEUs (awaiting approval from CDR).
